ABOUT ME
As an experienced educator with a strong background in mentoring and Educational Leadership, I specialize in helping new teachers build the confidence and skills they need to thrive. I’ve been in Education for 14 years and for the last 9 years, I’ve supported both novice and transitioning educators in mastering classroom management, lesson planning, student engagement, and more.
My coaching approach is practical, encouraging, and tailored to each teacher’s unique strengths. I believe every new teacher deserves the tools, guidance, and support to not just survive, but truly enjoy their first years in the classroom.
I currently hold a bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Southern University A&M College and received my Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Louisiana State University Shreveport. I am thoroughly equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to empower new teachers to thrive in their careers and make a lasting impact on their students.

First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your strengths as well as discuss where you feel you need support at.

Pricing varies and is based on areas of support needed. I do offer certain packages which you will find listed on the webpage.

Sessions are 60 minutes each with the exception of the target time session that could last up to 90 minutes.
